Last week I met the wine grower and I ask him some question!

- Pierre-Adrien: what sort of wines do you make?

- Mr Vadé: we try to make some fruity and light wine. We have a range of 3 red wines and only one of them is vinified in french barrel. We are perpetually listening our customer in order to meet their expectations.

- Pierre-Adrien: Do you intend to convert your vineyard into organic culture?

- Mr Vadé: actually we are very concerned about the environment and we plan to initially test the organic culture in a part of the vineyard before converting our entire production. We already have the necessary equipment, but organic farming requires a larger workforce.

I give you a rendez-vous in 3 years !!!

- Pierre-Adrien: Where do you sell your wines?

Mr Vadé: we have a very small distribution system and it's something we think!
- 50%: restaurant
- 35% supermarket
- 5% international ( NY, Belgium )
- 10% direct
